Grant Dalton is the managing director and leader of Emirates Team New Zealand. After losing the Cup to Alinghi in 2003, the Kiwis turned to Dalton to provide the leadership necessary to turn the team around. It seems to be working - ETNZ has won the Louis Vuitton ACC Championship in 2004 and now again in 2006.
